Winter Girl Shadowbox

The caption reads "At that moment she knew that anything was possible." This was inspired by that wonderful feeling you get when you are "in nature" and all your doubts and fears disappear and you have that wonderful overall sense of well being.
The girl is only 5" tall and the box hangs on the wall.
This piece is currently on display at the Town of Ballston Library in Burnt Hills, NY along with the gypsy wagon, the Forest Gypsy and several other pieces.

The Gypsy Wagon is Finished!

At long last the gypsy wagon is finished--at least for now.
This was one of those projects that kept going on and on and on.

The last several days each started with "today I will finish the wagon" but then there was always one more thing that needed doing.

A view of the interior complete with sketchbook, antique oil lamp and tiny patchwork quilt.

Gypsy Wagon Update

As you can see the crew is hard at work finishing up the details on the Gypsy Wagon. I have been busy getting pieces finished for my exhibit at the Town of Ballston Library in Burnt Hills so have been remiss in keeping you updated.  Check back tomorrow for pictures of the finished wagon!
